Amazon negative feedback

Hi i have been selling my husbands CDs on Amazon (with his permission) and someone has left me negative feedback which i think is unfair.

As i am a new seller i am worried this could be quite damaging, i know on ebay you can ask to have the feedback removed but not sure how to do it on Amazon, can soemone help me with this?

tbh no one cares much about feedback on amazon and their protection to buyers is alot better then ebay. i shudnt worry. and amazon wont remove any i got some and it didnt make any difference

thanks for that, i must admit as a buyer i am much more relaxed about giving feedback on Amazon that ebay.
