Im really scared...she hasnt moved a lot since Tuesday...she is normally kicking the hell out of me...

Also im a sufferer of bad panic/anxiety attacks and the worry is bringing them om...making me feel worse etc...

So wish i had a heartrate monitor now just to check shes ok...im so scared

This is the first time she has not moved properly

What do i do?? Should i be worried or is it normal??

Dont panic.

Go have a bath, eat chocolate (anything sweet), lay on the bed with your hands on your tummy.

If there is nothing call the midwife

She might just be resting. If your really worried call the midwife asap they will call you in for a check up.

ive tried, i have felt the slightest movements but its deffo not as much as usual

My midwife are only there on a wednesday :(

Im thinking maybe im worrying too much as ive never been through this before :wall:

but thanks hun x

if you are really worried
ring your hospital and they'll prob ask you to go up and be put on the monitor!
dont worry about disturbing them, its their job!

i must of gone to the hospital at least 10 times because i hadnt felt LO move!

I suggest you definately go and check it out, i've read in a pregnancy magazine that baby should move quite regularly at this stage of the pregnancy so just go to the hospital for peace of mind at least. but im sure everything will be ok

As long as you have felt some kind of movement then I'm sure she is ok.
I've noticed that my little madam has been having more and more quite days and I think it's because they have days of rest to grow so they can kick us harder when we're trying to sleep
My baby was so quite yesterday and I was worried all day but I put the heart monitor on and heard her heartbeat as loud as ever and today she is making up for being quite.

Try not to worry too much as babies do tend to have quite days but maybe you could go and see the doctor if you can't see the midwife and then he/she might have a listen to babys heart.

thanks girlies  , feel a bit better to know its not just me!!

I think I will see how today/tommorow goes and if still no movement I will phone

The baby might be facing your back, then you'd feel less movement because the arms and legs aren't kicking your tummy. If you are feeling small movements then it sounds like your LO is ok, but I would phone the hospital if I was worried.

That's what happened to Snuggle the other week. She didn't feel any movement either but the baby was laying where she couldn't feel the kicks.

Kieran used to do this lots when I was pregnant with him! They always checked me out, just in case, so if I were you I'd ring your midwife. It's likely to be nothing, but you will feel much better.

Try not to worry - mine has quiet days and then days where all hell seems to break loose in there. Try eating something sweet and drinking something with caffeine and then sitting quietly so that you can feel the response. I'm sure it will be OK.
