I've got a bad back, have done for years and for the last month or so has started kicking off quite a bit (I'm going to be such a joy in later preganancy 
) However, the OH rubbed in some muscle rub and tried giving me a bit of a massage last night. It's only just occurred to me to check to see if it was ok? I'm at work and haven't got the tube with me to check and it's got me worrying :s
Does any one know if it's safe during pregnancy and/or is deep heat spray? xxx
