AF question

I had Charlie 14 weeks ago, my first period arrived on 16th december, before having Charlie you could set your watch by af arriving every 28days, but as yet i have had no period this month???? i am definately not pregnant and i have been having period like pains for the last few days but no bleeding. What i was wondering was did it take anyone else a few months to get back to normal or once your periods came back were they regular straight away? The reason i am probably a bit paranoid is my mum went thru the menopouse (sp?) really quite young (37) after she had my brother, no symptoms her periods just stopped.

Hi, i had my little boy 13th aug and did not get my first real perioduntil october . it can take some people a little time to get back to normal so i wouldnt worry just yet. Be careful though if your not wanting another baby straight away though as your extra furtile right now. i fell pregnant again after that first period so cant say if that was me back to normal again or not.

Thanks girls i am just so p****d off, i have the feeling for the last week that af is about to arrive but it just hasnt, i've had that horrible dull ache on and off for well over a week now, i am going to do another preg test tomorrow morning just to be sure, i really thought that once i got my first period it would be back to normal. The not knowing when its going to appear is the worst bit.

Well i am not pregnant, anyone got any ideas??!!!!

How long would you leave having no period before going to see your gp? I want another baby sometime so whilst no bleeding has its advantages i wouldnt like to think i would have a problem in the future.
