AF alert

Hey,
Feeling very confused and low today AF arrived today.....3 days early. I have had regular 29 day cycles for the past few months and this has really confused me and messed my ov planning! Back to POAS but when do I start from now?!! Im obviously dissapointed that AF arrived but more annoyed that it is early
Any similiar stories shared would be appreciated please....No-one knows we are TTC so I have no-one to talk to

sorry your feeling low. Perhaps you could just start the opks a couple of days earlier than normal or I start them as soon as i start to notice a bit more cm. If you have internet cheapies you could just do them everyday once the witch has gone.

Sorry that you're feeling down

I had an early period a couple of months ago, I was a bit worried at the time but now my cycle is back to normal (27/28 days ov day 13/14), I'm just seeing it as a blip. I'm sure you will be fine. Do opks for a couple of months to reassure yourself.
