advise please

I posted before about junior diarrhea after each feed and put it down to teething and just ignored it really but I just weighed him on my scales and he's 6kg he was 7kg at his 6week check he's nearly 12weeks now..I'm thinking I shud go to docs and see what they say what do u think?? Xxx
