Advice would be gladly taken!

Hi all,

well i'm new to this, but i could use some advice.
For just over 3 months ive been getting mild tummy aches, back ache and nausea, though i'm never sick....also my periods have become lighter, they now last 3 days as opposed 5 and i dont get tummy cramps now either.
My boobs have been slighty tender around my last 2 periods, which is weird because that never normally happens.
Ive done two pregnancy tests and they have both come back negative (though ive known people who have had this happen and still be pregnant)....i was wondering if a blood test would be more accurate? :
