I'll make a list of what Fynn has on a daily basis... my question is, is the balance right? should I be introducing more or less things to his daily intake... all advice apreciated (sp).
6am - 7oz sma gold
9am - one weetabix broken down with 1 small banana added together in a bowl with 3 oz of SMA Gold.
12noon - 200gram jar of stage 2 baby food with meat in it (i.e shepherds pie or grandmas sunday lunch), he only started stage 2 about 5 days ago. For desert Homemade fruit puree (i.e apple and pear, this varies).
3pm - homemade mushed veggies (i.e carrot and swede, cauliflower and broccolli, this varies). For desert a yoghurt.
6pm - 7ozs of SMA Gold.
Then bedtime.
I am changing his milk this week from SMA Gold to SMA Progress (I am just waiting to finish the tin I have opened)
He seems happy with what he is having, but I wanted to know if the balance was right.
