As I am once again getting slack with the weight loss, I thought a thread mght spur me on abit, I'll basically be posting everyday of what I eat inc calories and excercise, and weigh myself every sunday. Hopefully this will work!!

Today:

1x alpen light bar = 59 cal
1x pepporami = 129 cal
1x muller rice = 150 cal
1x box of raisons = 41 cal
melba toast = 54 cal
1x slice quiche = 145 cal
quavers = 87 cal
spag bol = 300 cal
fruit and fibre = 200 cal

total: 1165 cal
 
peperami's are bad news... have you seen the fat % in them.. even I don't eat them anymore and I'm a calorie ho.. :D

Lol I don't know why but I've got a real thing about them at the mo :?

I used to... then the one day I looked on the back and measured along the stick what percentage of it was fat and I felt so sick I couldn't eat the rest of the packet. Then I went onto them muller custard yogurt things which weren't a lot better :?

I'll run away now, I don't know nowt bout diets except, erm... fruit? lmao sorry I'll go...
 
ok so was busy all of yesterday so didnt post, was out all day walking, not sure of my calorie intake either but it wouldve been below 1500.

just weighed and am at 10stone 13lbs go me!

Today:

2 boiled eggs + toast = 200
quavers = 88

mullerice = 150
dried apricots = 100
special k bar = 90
mini sausage roll = 50
spag bol = 200 cal
special k bar = 90

total: 1177
 
Adele some of your diet is great but some days your not eating enough calories - minimum is 1200 hun. Dont starve yourself to get thin.

lol i dont think im starving myself :) i eat when i get hungry, jus choose things low in calories is all. whatever the total comes to at the end of the day, im not going to eat more even if im not hungry to just make up the calories, and most days it is about 1200 :)

TODAY:

bowl of fruit n fibre = 200
special k bar = 90
sausage roll = 105
quavers = 88
melba toast + cottage cheese = 200
mullerice = 150
chicken curry = 295

total = 1128

ham sandwich = 330
mullerice = 150
special k bar = 90

I agree with Mrs Tommo 22- You really should eat some more calories otherwise your body's metabolism will slow down and you will lose weight more slowly. I think as a rule the minimum you should have is your weight in lb multiplied by 10 so if you were 140lbs you should eat a minimum of 1400 calories just to fuel your body for living. Anything less than 1000 calories is considered a starvation diet and will be detrimental to your health and well being in the long run.

Good luck with the weight loss- sorry to lecture- I don;t mean to be pushy I'm just concerned about you xxx :hug:

yeah once again, im not starving myself :roll:

I feel hungry, I eat, simple really, seems like people would prefer me eating burgers and chocolate all day lol maybe i should close the thread and keep what i eat private if it concerns everyone so much that im killing myself :lol:

anyhow i was just going to say well done... i dont know owt bout diets but it looks like you got a breakfast, a lunch and a dinner in there and some healthy snacks.

seems alright to me x



(i had 6 slices of pizza for lunch, skipped breakfast and snacked on mars bars... running away now)
