Hi all.

bit of advice please too see if anyone knows what this could be.

My wife ellie has been having the following pains over the last week.

Back ache on and off.

Cramping ranging from top of belly to pelvis.

achy hips.

tenderness at bottom of bump on skin.

the baby is moving alot these days, alot more than he was a week ago.

tonight (now) she has had a constant period like pain in pelvis which has lasted for last 3 hours roughly non stop.

now i no its mostly that most of it is due to braxton but have read somewhere today that a women had similar symptoms and then went into labour 2 days later.
could this be the start of labour???
we aint got a clue what to expect when the real contractions start so at the minute i have a pen and paper by my side non stop timing every pain just in case it does start. so far all times seem random, but me being me, will be constantly worried from now on until my baby boy and my mrs is back home with me being one happy family.
anyone who read why horror story post will no why i worry.

basicly has anyone got similar things going on at the mo???

It does sound like her bodies gearing up! I had constant pelvis pain's in the last month of my pregnancy!
How much longer have you guys got?

Sounds like normal pain from baby beginning to engage into pelvis which is to be expected about now! As baby gets more engaged you feel pains in your back and pelvis ......Smess and Lexus have both been having these pains for weeks now.....xx

Also it might be worth you doing a bit of reading online about signs of early labour...Ellie is 37 weeks on Sat so labour could start at any time so you'd feel less anxious if you know what to look out for. That's what I've done and I feel alot more perpared and am constantly checking for signs now, lol x
