Aching overies?!

I am around the time of ovulation now and my overies/uterus have been aching for the past day or so which never happened pre-pregnancy- is that normal?!

I had never experienced period pain/cramps before I had children and now I do and I have just had my first proper period since having baby number 2 and I have also felt what you are describing, so not sure if it is normal, but you are not alone!!

iv always felt them but your cycles can change after child birth
