? about poo - sorry

just wanted to check that everything is okay with Grace

I exclusively breast feed and Grace's poo has changed from yellow
to oliver green and has 'seed like bits' in it ....

it that okay ???

she may be a bit constipated
have you tried her with a bit of water?

don't think it is constipation as she has no trouble going for a poo and also it is still very liquid like ............

Could it be something you have eaten. In the first couple of weeks because I wasn't upto doing too much entertaining of the family coming down we ended up having Chinese takeaway 2 nights on the trot. Ellies poos turn bright orange for a few dirty nappies afterwards

It sounds like she maybe having abit more of the hind milk than the fore milk, how long do you keep her on the breast?

Olivia has all of one side at a time so she gets both fore and hind, someyimes she will go thru both.

But when she does go thru both she has greenish poo, the seeds are normal hun

EDIT!!! Sorry its the otherway round, she may be having to much fore milk, hun keep her to the one breast for each feed as long as you can.
