I thought I would share my idea of what a torrent really is.. The Gota Frias have just hit Spain..and this is what it looks like, we even had.... HAIL!!
We get so excited when we get weather like this...
It only lasted an hour and its all sunny and humid again (28º so a bit cooler
) But I miss the rain sometimes...: The flooding has disappeared too...
This was the size of the hail stones...although some were bigger...

The flooding right up to our door step, we live on a hill so it was running down and away, but when a car came past it came in.

I couldn't imagine spain getting that kind of weather, but I can understand people getting excited when it happens.
