A nice surprise!

Well, I had an appointment today to have an ultrasound scan done on my kidneys (due to me having high blood pressure). Walked into the department which was full of old (and quite smelly) people, people in hospital beds etc. Got asked to change into a hospital gown and had to sit there for an hour and a half with a full bladder. Could things get any worse?

Anyway I EVENTUALLY get called in and the doctor comes in and scans all my kidneys etc. Here is the good bit.....He then says "while you are here i will brighten up your day by letting you see your baby" It was such a nice surprise to see bub! He/she was moving about lots and looked alot bigger from my scan 2-3 weeks ago!

When i told hubby i saw bub, he was so jelous as he was holding a meeting at work and couldnt get out of it. Was just so nice to see unexpectedly! made the whole annoying day worth it! x

yeah, I was lucky he was really nice. Wont be seeing him again as he is a specialist in x ray. Nevermind x
