7 weeks pregnant and very nervous

Hello everyone, my name is Helen, I am 28yrs old and 7 weeks pregnant with first baby - I can't beleive how slowly the last 3 weeks since finding out has gone. I have 5 weeks until 12 week scan and I no that its going to go so so slowly!!!!

Not been feeling too bad, some nausea, sore boobs, few twinges, pulling kind of feelings in lower tummy, not sleeping too well and keep getting up in night to wee!!! I am petrified that something is going to go wrong as this is the moment we have been waiting for for such a long time, I am scared to get too excited x

i can sympathise 100% with all your worries - i am a 34 yr old mum of 3 and 6 weeks pregnant with baby number 4 and i'm as nervous with this one as i was with one, two and three!!

I know it seems really difficult, but you really should try to relax and get as much good quality sleep as possible, its something you and your baby really need right now.

All the aches, pains and ailments you describle are totally normal and all to be expected - its a good thing to have the nausea believe it or not, its a good sign that your hormone levels are high!

i know its easier said than done, but please try not to worry too much, i think if you are able to relax a little, the next 5 weeks will seem to fly by.
