Hi, all! I am currently 6 weeks along in my 1st pregnancy. I have been cramping on and off ever since my period should have arrived. I had a spot of implantation bleeding (which I know is normal). I know that cramping is normal typically too, however, I have had some strange cramps. I notice that I don't cramp anymore except when I roll over in bed or on the couch or sit down after doing something on my feet for a few minutes. Seems like everytime I stop moving, I get a strong cramp. Has anyone else had anything like this ever? Seems strange to me. Any advice would be lovely! :)

Maybe when you're rolling over, you're stretching a muscle/ligament that is in the throes of stretching itself anyway, so this extra little stretch is causing it to cramp? I'm not sure, but didn't want to leave you hanging. Hope you're ok. If you really feel that it doesn't feel right, make an appointment with you gp to get looked at. Good luck. xx

Hi there,

funny enough ive been thinking the same thing this morning! Mine come and go but on really after ive been sat down a while and i had the same in bed last night. I dont think its anything to worry about unless as you say if your bleeding... So your not on your own chuck!
