6 week check

Just wondering really where I have to go for my check up at six weeks PP? Will the hospital arrange it or do I just pop to the doctors for it? Really don't wanna go to my doctor as he's old and male and won't feel comfortable

I had a letter from surgery telling me to make an appointments at 8 weeks PP i made an appointments to see a female doctor xx

I forgot to book mine so I whent at 8 weeks, and even though my normal GP is a man the PN appointment was made with a lady GP automatically.

Oh that's ok then, hopefully I'll be able to see the nurse then, she's the only female there! I'm not really looking forward to if either way but if there's a chance to see a woman doctor then it's not as bad thanks girls!x

mine fell at xmas so i got checked after at 8 weeks! I had to book it in with Jacks check up. I also had to wait for the female docs to be on duty as the male doc who owns the surgery won't allow men to check women. His old fashioned!
i don't mind though, i prefer it that way..

the check consisted of *how does ur cuts feel? Do you want them checked? How are you coping with LO? How do you feel in yourself?

Oh so you don't have to get your foof out if you don't want?! Lol even though 30 million people (that's what it felt like) seen it during pregnancy and birth, I don't fancy getting it out for a stranger again!

I had to book mine when registering charley at the doctors! I got my coil sorted the same day too!

my doc did say if i felt i didn't need it checking then she won't, i know she's got 3 kids so she can relate. But if you think you need to be checked don't put it off cause of having people look down there x
