6 Second Abs to get rid of belly bump

I don't know if anyone's heard of this, and I don't buy these products offof the shopping channels but apparently this works with getting rid of the extra bump 'pooch' after baby's born

Personally, I had a pooch before being pregnant so it's nothing I'm considering getting rid of lol ..but I know some peeps are, and also I thought if someone had used it and knows it helps, it might helps others

I wouldn't bother hun. I bought one and it broke the first time I used it. It's meant to click as you use it so you know your doing it right. Mine clicked about three times then the thing that clicks snapped and never worked again. Sorry hun but IMO it's just a waste of money.

I downloaded a video called 8 minute abs and it was brill. No equipment involved and its tones purely the ab area. I lost near 4 stone and needed to tone there in particular, worked for me, give it a go

I think doing sit up's and reverse sit up's would do just the same thing? Mum bought one years ago (when I was still living at home so going back to at least '98) and she used it religiously, didn't make much difference in the end she was doing 200 sit up's morning and night with much better results. Who knows but I kinda feel these types of things are faddy and never really last? JMO xx

I personally wouldn't buy it because I'm a lazy so and so, I just saw the shopping channel trailer for it and thought I'd mention it, it's a shame it doesn't do what it says it does, as it looked quite simple and not time consuming
