4D scan :-(

Went for my 4 D scan today, we were so excited and took Ben with us but......baby was not being cooperative!! To start with baby was facing my back, eventually after a lot of prodding and rolling about, baby turned over but then covered face with its hands and no matter what we did, the hands weren't going to leave the face and let us see

So either an extremely shy baby or a naughty little one!!

Got another appointment to try again next week

Has this happened to anyone else or has anyone got any tips to make baby move?

Hi hun. Similar happened to us. He kept putting his hands to his face the first time we went! The second time was great. He was awake but not too active...just chilling lol. It was 10am whereas first time was lunch. Although not sure that made a difference.

I think it's just luck tbh. I had a fizzy drink on the way there.

I had a fizzy drink when i got home and it was like baby was having a rave in there, so maybe i'll try a can of coca cola on the way next saturday!
