3rd pregnancy symptoms can you feel them quicker

Hi just want some advice i think im pregnant with my third think its too early to test though.
I have most of the pregnancy symptoms i had when expecting my other two children nausea, tiredness, loss of appetite with certain foods, sensitivty to smell, frequent urination.
I have done a test infact i have done four 3 of which have came back positive but after the 10 minute time scale. Possibly evaporation lines unsure though.
