God this forums getting so snipey!

I think it's quite obvious that the newsletter is quite a demanding task to undertake in someones free time... therefore Im sure (hope) the original poster was just pointing out the fact she was missed and it was taken in the wrong context.

I find it difficult catching up on all the posts from day to day, never mind from month to month!!

Hopefully no harm done, and Claire returns to the forum soon!
