36 weeks today... so this is REALLY happening!

I am officially full term today, 36 bloody weeks. No going back. Eeeek, I am flippin cacking my pants now!

Honestly, I am very excited but it has really hit me that I could be a mummy anyday now.. or in 6 more weeks!
