i'm not satisfied with anything i eat.

i really can't take it anymore i just feel so eehhhhhhhhhhhh

sorry to rant ladies but fucking hell help me

so sorry hun  hopefully it wont be long now

Its difficult for all of us Neeko. You will quickly forget so they say!

Not long now, try and grin & bear it!

I totally sympathise hun - I've been feeling exactly the same. It won't be long now - just REST as much as you possibly can and try and keep your spirits up - soon enough you'll be holding your little bundle and you'll quickly forget the discomfort of pregnancy - it's how so many of us do it more than once

i've tried to make an app with my doc but no luck there... it seem to be okay when i'm just setting but when i was long distance like down the road i'm in pain :wall:

it's a got thing i got it now then 20 something weeks

sorry you feel like shit... big hugs to you..

spd is awful mine has just started to calm down only today, still getting the odd twinge,... been docs and they have refered me to physio so will see what they have to say, hopefully they will be it .

not long to go now.. bear with it..

Sorry you are feeling so bad Neeko. Can't offer much advice except to say how once you've had the baby all these aches and pains and problems will just disappear. Within a a month or so of the birth you will have forgotten all about the discomfort now.

I had a terrible time first time around and the last 8 weeks felt like they lasted for an eternity. So I really sympathise. Hang in there!

 Big Hugs

Hi Neeko,

Firstly

Secondly, can i join the @?"£$%$@:"£ club please!

I feel the same. It has taken me all morning to get out of bed, ready for work and get here. I came in at 1.00pm instead of 8.30am!

My back is so bad i am sat at my desk trying to get comfy. And to be fair its just as bad at home. Laying on the bed makes my calves and pelvis hurt. Standing up hurts my lower back and sciatica!

Even having a bath is a mission. DP has to put my shoes and socks on and by the ned of the day my feet are so swollen i can only wear flip flops!

What can we do to encourage baby's to come!

lol! :rotfl:

The funny thing is after going through all this pregnancy i feel like i'll need a month holiday to recover. But it'll be even harder when baby is here! So i don't know what will be more difficult, lol!

I've told DF he can do everything for the first two weeks while i recover from labour , lol!

That doesn't sound right. I asked my doctor to refer me to the hospital, I saw a physio a week later, they called me to ask me to come in. She offered me a support belt and showed me how to put it on. I would insist on it if I were you.

Well i have a support belt i bought it from mothercare (but in the UK your MW should give you one for free) and i thought it helped a little bit especially being on my feet all day. Its only when i forgot to put it on the other day and was in agony that i realised just how much support it really does give, it kind of lifts the bump a bit so takes away quite a lot (but not all) of the lower pelvic and back pain.
I'm with you on the whole frustration/pain thing especially at night now its sooo damn hard to find a comfortable position. I was in tears the other night just so tired and peed off, i actually fell asleep on the floor for a while!!!!!!!
Pilates/yoga is good for re-aligning your back too. Hope you feel much better soon xx
