32 week scan and a new arrival.............

Hey girls Hope your all well We had our 32 week scan today, sonographer said LO is growing beautifully and weighing 4lbs. We couldn't get a pic They're too big! But main thing is they are healthy and doing well. Also LO is head down (thought they were because where I feel them kicking and the pressure in my legs) but sonographer said they could change back again before birth. I've also been given an appointment for the 9th October and if I haven't given birth they will more than likely induce me

My cousin Katie gave birth to a healthy baby girl this morning at 8.18 weighing in at just over 8lbs!!
She is absolutely beautiful and has gorgeous ginger hair! Katie was in labour for 4 days! she had G&A and pethidine and it was a forceps delivery. She's been breastfeeding and found it difficult at first but says the second feed was a lot easier. They are both doing really well and will be allowed home tomorrow

Aw congrats 4lbs, gonna post about my 32 week scan etc in a mo and you will see why shocked!

A 4 day labour sounds horrific, glad she is ok and hope it doesnt run in the family!!

There is a chance our baby might have ginger hair because OH has very light blonde hair but was ginger when he was a baby! I'd love them to be ginger! (but obviously being healthy is most important!)
