3 day headache....

as per title i have had a 3 day headache... ..

combine that with sore bbs, cramps, mood swings and fatigue i'm either up the duff ir have monster af on way.. i'm heading more towards af.... BUT have not taken anything just in case...

what can i take for my headache thats safe in case i am.???

I Hope it's a BFP for you . I think you can take paracetamol but I wouldn't swear to it. Have you tried non medicinal relief like the stuff you rub onto your head or kool n soothe?

Poor you Headaches suck. Fingers crossed it is a positive sign though.

Paracetamol are definately safe...don't take iboprofen or aspirin.
