As I said in my previous post it’s my second time here but I have completely forgot when is best to test, like how many days after your periods finished? I don’t have regular periods as have PCOS

TIA xx

You will always get the most accurate result testing the day of your missed period and onwards.
However, as close to it as possible with sensitive tests can work to.

If you are just starting out I’d recomend waiting for AF before testing. As most ladies on here will agree, testing early sometimes ismore depressing than when AF arrives.

Good luck xx

Thanks lovely lady !

I go away this weekend & don’t want to touch a drink if there’s a possibility I could be so may test just to rule ir our a small in my heart I don’t think I am :)

I started out like this but as the months went on I got so depressed with all the restrictions I’d placed on myself that I just went back to normal and had a drink or ate a meal out if I felt like it. Things are much better now :)

Basically don’t put too much pressure on yourself to not drink etc :)

Don’t miss drinking just because there’s a tiny chance you’re pregnant, you’ll make yourself miserable doing that the whole time you’re TTC. You can safely have a drink or two (not binge drink) until 6 weeks pregnant as baby doesn’t get any of what you eat/drink before then. It’s our way of protecting baby when they might not have made their presence known. :)

Thanks ladies ! That’s amazing to know - you woudlnt think I had a child as I never knew this!

I’m on cycle day 35 and negative test which I knew deep down really!
