2nd injections and crying

Leif had his second injections yesterday and was ok other than he would just randomly start crying, so i gave him some paracetomol and he was ok but today he is randomly crying for again after checking everything like nappies and food etc and his temperature i dont really know what is wrong with him.

I havent given him any paracetomol yet today but he hasnt had a poo yet today so i am wondering wether i can give him some lactulose as well as medised?

Yes you can give both. You just have to make sure if you give two medicines that they don't both contain paracetamol. Lactulose doesn't contain paracetamol so it will be fine to give them together.
