i was watching This Morning today and they were discussing a problem called vaginismus, which is where a woman's sub-conscious makes her clamp her vagina shut making sex impossible even if she really wants to do it. apparently it happens if u hav issues with sex or ur a virgin and are just scared that it might hurt. ive never had it but it made me think because ive never given birth before and i dont just THINK it MIGHT hurt, i KNOW its gonna bloody hurt, LOTS! what if i get vaginismus?! apparently its so strong u cant help it and if it wont even let a willy pass through, surely it wont let a head pass through!!!
i'd really like 2 hear from anyone who has suffered from it and still has managed to give birth, to reassssure me it will be ok!

If you were going to get this then you wouldn't have been able to get pregnant......... ( the whole getting the willy inside of you issue) Hormones are wonderful and will ensure that everything opens up ready for your LO arrival.....

I haven't had it but have heard of it before.

( the whole getting the willy inside of you issue)
:rotfl:

You will cope fine with birth - it isn't as bad as you think. And just think at the end of it all you have this little bundle of joy that you have made!!

Hun trust me theres no stoppin that baby coming out, and even if you do get it (which id put my life on that you dont) they can just give you a c section try not to worry, relax have a bath and a hot chocolate you are going to be fine trust me I DID IT, and look at our Jaidy, she did and she was actually petrified,

You'll be fine!
It's just one of those fears that are far worse as fears before the birth, then the issue just turns out to be a non-issue when the birth comes.
Like I had this recurring dream that I was having a baby, and I didn't want to take my pants off in front of a stranger. When it comes to it, it isn't a problem. Or worrying that you'll poo during labour. You hear about it- a few women do- my sister-in-law did. But compared to the really big thing of actually having contractions, and a baby coming out- it's not an issue at the time.
You'll see. Once your cervix is open and your baby is ready- there's no vagina in the world could stop that!!
