12 month boosters?

ok im confused from my calculations my lo is over 12 months now but on my ticker its says 11 months 6 days. when do they class ur baby as 12 months when he is one? or is it 4 weeks = 1 month

willow was born on the 28th of the month so every month on the 28th she is a month older

I always count in calender months. Nathan was born on the 3rd so every month on the 3rd he is a month older.
