10 weeks pregnant and backache

I've been having backache for the past few hours. It's the lower back. I rang the midwife and she kept saying its normal.

Is it really normal? I had backache at around 7 weeks and now its back again.

Anyone experienced this?

Yes, I suffer with lower backache too. Apparently it's normal and to do with ligaments stretching. I don't think it's anything to worry about, just very uncomfortable and annoying. I'm 10+3 by the way x

I have backache all the time - perfectly normal. You'll experience all sorts of aches and pains throughout pregnancy - all different ones! Try not to worry yourself x

I had a private scan yesterday and everything looked fine.

But today this backache is very annoying. I also think if I have appetite means everything is fine.

I agree lots of different aches come and go. Had heartburn for a week and then found that a small piece of dry bread in the morning cures the heartburn
