HI, sorry your bump is causing you pain, might sound silly but try crawling around on your hands and knees, it mite help releive some of the pressure for a while, as it spreads the weight out, Just an idea

I can say from personal experiance that MEDELA brand breast pumps work greeat, even the manual one is great, you can also get electric and battery powered ones, that can be used as manual if needed

it would have been a US tech who did the scan as it takes 5yrs training to learn how to do it correctly, the boy/girl parts can be seen in a scan sometimes very clearly, BUt if you dont what to know the sex then tell them then they wont look to closely at that area

HI, when they do a scan at 20 wks they always check and measure the heart, to make sure all is well, and sometimes they dont get a good look and need you to come back again

OK if you last had SEX on 1st January you will be at least however many weeks have already gone this year aprox 18wks-20wks or more, you should be able to notice you cervix is way above your pelvis bone and proberly have a noticeable bump even if it is small, I would suggeust you go...
