well thankfully today went well, the midwife doing the ultrasound said that everything looked clear and my womb lining was already thickening for my next period - thank goodness I feel I can start to put this behind me now and look to the future xx

i am so sorry to read your feeling this way, it's nothing you have done at all. I have just lost my baby too, 10+4 so I know exactly what your going through, but this will make us stronger people and we will get through it and all these other lovely ladies here are proof of that xx

thank you everybody really really means a lot. Today has been horrendous, the cramping became unbearable and then the baby tissue was gone :( I'm still bleeding in little bursts but I think it's easing off and hubby got me stronger painkillers from Boots so the cramping has eased a bit now...
