I am breastfeeding Zach, and have not yet tried expressing. I am going out Monday evening and need to express so my DH can feed him. When is the best time to express, do you express off one breast while feeding from the other? Any tips appricated. Thanks

Hi Girls.....how are you all? Well i saw my midman this morning, and told him i had had a show, so he examined me and i'm 2-3cm Dialated and in Pre-labour!!!! Had more BH all afernoon, but nothing too painful, so hoping something happens soon?! :pray:
