Hi Skairdykat
I feel exactly the same as you. I'm hitting 18 months now and I am convinced i will never be a mother. I also start Clomid next month but I'm still not sure why as everything is in fine working order with me - it's OH who has the brunt of the problems. Anyway, just wanted...
It's good you're seeing someone next week and it's a good idea to take DH with you. You pour out your heart and tell them exactly what your fears are and more importantly what other options are open to you.
I had keyhole surgery last month (a laparoscopy) i think they can drain Cysts with this...
I have no idea about Clomid but felt i couldn't read and not reply. You should speak to your specialist (or GP) about this especially as you're suffering with depression. Is 6 months the maximum a woman can take Clomid? And what other options are open to you? I hope someone comes online soon...
Intially i was feeling sickly with folic acid but it did go away. I find the Sainsburys brand is good for me whereas the Tesco one makes me feel ill
As for Pregnacare, i stopped taking them because i kept feeling very faint and dizzy. As a vegan i worry about getting the right...
I keep thinking you are living in Swansea Jemz  Have you got your laptop fixed now? I'm moving soon so i will be offline in a week or so for several weeks  What will i do without the net??? :(
Anyway i hope you get good news soon... BFPs to us all coz we deserve them :hug...
I just want to add Marge that if you still don't get your BFP when your body has settled with thyroxine then you should ask to be referred to a fertility clinic. My GP referred me before a year of TTCing because thyroid can play havoc with fertility. Good luck
I'm the opposite to you - i have an overactive thyroid. My specialist thinks i have a tumour (not cancerous) on my pituitary gland so i am due to go for a CAT scan and possible op which is scary as the gland sits at the base of the brain
I am told that an overactive thyroid causes...
Omg!! Petra i am so happy for you
This is fantastic news :cheer: :cheer:
Wishing you a very happy and healthy nine months - u deserve it
My OH smokes alot and the fertility specialist is always having a go at him  He has cut down drastically and exercises and eats healthily so he is trying. I have a smoke when AF arrives and I'm depressed so i reach for the smokes
Acupuncture is meant to be very good for women TTCing. It is something ive thought of doing - i know it helped a friend of mine through IVF and she got a sticky bean - she swears the acupuncture helped calm her and allowed her bean to stick. My GP has also suggested it. Worth looking in to.
I feel exactly the same Littlelady. Af just turned up after 13 months TTCing and i am convinced now that i will never get a bfp. I am so jealous of people who get theirs that i am avoiding this forum more and more. It is heartbreaking every month and i feel time is running out. I was wondering...
