Hello, we have done this this month... currently on day 17... skipped last night after hopefull OV so suppose we should tonight... but feeling a bit zzzzz, we did miss a day as well the day after i had EWCM so am not holding out any hope.... but we shall see.... :)

I had this bad with my first pregnancy as well.... altho nothing really helped, but my son has suffered with constipation since he was born and they recomennded concentrated fig juice, we got it from Boots, but good idea to ask phamacist if it is ok for use within pregnancy but cant see why it...
