I didn't know it actually helped to lose calories, I know it can tighten stomach muscles over a period of time tho. I BF'ed and didn't have time to eat & still didn't lose any weight, my tummy was ever so slightly tighter tho xxxxx

Kayden has been doing this recently too. We've been spoon feeding for a cpl of months but giving hand food for lunch time last 4 weeks or so. Now he tries to grab the spoon but he just waves it about & tries to play rather than eat, I wouldn't mind him spoonfeeding himself but he's not getting...
