what does everyone do abotu putting their babies down for naps during the day? joseph will have a small brief nap in his bouncy chair in the morning but wont sleep all afternoon. sometimes he goes all day without a nap and i am amazed. after 4pm he is so grumpy and i cant seem to settle him...

i had an emergency section as baby was born early and was breach. I didnt have skin to skin contact at all. the first time they placed joseph on my chest, he was fully dressed with a hat on! i hadnt had the chance to do a birth plan but next time i will make it clear that i want skin to skin...
