Had an ultrasound and she couldn't see much then she did the vaginal scan and there was no sac but said that by the thickness of the lining it looks like I did have a miscarriage :(

my bladder is full, i am dressed and waiting on my taxi. scan is at 9:40 to see if everything is okay, but i dont think it is :(. I spotted heavily! bleeding when i wiped on wed/thur then started to bleed with it coming through but not heavy on fri/sat then spotted on sunday. then nothing monday...
