i've expressed from one side until milk stops flowing and can get just over 2fl oz, my son is 11days old and sometimes has both sides one after the other, so my question is how do i encourage more milk per side? i thought i read to express after a feed but for that wouldn't you need to see milk...

Aw, I'm good thanks. Not sleeping too well as he feeds every hour, but to be expected I guess with the size he was at birth! He's adorable though and loves cuddles, but not so great when you want him in his Moses basket! How are you feeling anyway? Any niggles? X x x

It is and isn't....if this is a false alarm again I won't be happy, just want to sleep! Were 2mins apart after I had a bath, but now dressed and downstairs and they're 6mins apart now....but longer lasting and more painful....ouch....
