I was so desperate to see my cousin's new baby last week I left E with my dad for an hour and a half without my mum there to supervise! Apparently she slept and cried in 20min cycles! I felt awful when I got back, but she was all smiles again after 5 mins. It made me realise I do need to start...

Erm, whenever they allow you to!! Lol. We started bath bottle bed at 4 weeks but think that was more for our benefit than hers. She has gradually evolved her own day time routine but even at 14 weeks this can be hit and miss depending on what we're doing.

On and off at 11 weeks, consistently after 12. She goes down at 8ish and would wake at 8ish if I let her, but I wake her for a bottle at 6.30am then she goes back down about 7 and I wake her at 9.30 after I've had brekkie and shower etc. Believe me, I know how lucky I am!!!

Because I refuse to read books everytime E does something new I'm like "should she be doing this??!" lol!!!
