My first was 2 weeks early according to dates but he didn't have any signs he was early. My second was very premature due to complications and not natural start of labour. I wonder if I'll go over this time :-)

The bath did help :-) I'm going to buy a wheat pillow too! Thanks for the advice and hope you both feel some relief soon!!

Hello, I'm only 14 weeks and today have the worst back ache (feel its hard to take a deep breath) I had 2 herniated (slipped) discs in 2009 and have had intermittent trouble ever since, including pain so severe that I've been laid up for the odd week. Now pre pregnancy if I had an achey back...

My youngest was born at 30 weeks, We had some struggles at the start but he's now 9 yrs old and thriving :-) I had an emergency cesarean to deliver him and we were both poorly for a while. I'm now pregnant with baby number 3 :-) and am planning a normal vbac delivery.

I loooove smoked salmon at the moment :-)
