I did it with my last 3 children when they were 9 months old as they were waking through habit. After 2 nights they slept through and been brilliant sleepers since. It is hard emotionally but it really does help them learn to sleep properly. I could never do it before that age though :( x

Sleep all the time? Taylor is 9 days old and he just seems to sleep loads. He does have his awake times, but he's nothing like my others were. Worries me a little bit.. x

ooo good luck! I had my pessary taken out once i was contracting, they do that so that the contractions dont get too intense and happen to quickly. Once my waters were broken the pain got very intense,(so an epidural is a good idea lol) and he was born 1 hour and 4 mins later :) Not long and...

Well baby is fine! Apart from being very hyperactive, but i couldnt feel movements that the machine could! His head is engaged. BP is slightly raised, but not a cause for concern. I'm being induced on saturday! I'll be 6 days over then, something to do with the guidelines..not totally...

I've got a severe constant headache, and my blood pressure has shot right up. And to top it off baby isnt moving like he normally does. Worried :( I'm poking him but theres barely any response. I'm hoping its just that hes sleeping and tired cos i was coughing all night and think it mightve...

Sorry to hear they wont do anything...you'd think they'd give a sweep to help move things along! I was like that for 2 days with my last pregnancy..so hopefully you'll be cuddling your baby by friday! i know that seems ages away, esp with all the pain ur in. I really hope everything kick starts...

I keep feeling like i need the toilet for a no.2..but when i go nothing happens! Its soooo irritating! I presume its babys head resting in that area making me think i need to go! (i know im not constipated!) Be nice to just be able to "go" then at least i'll feel abit of relief lol x
