i didn't do much exercise beofre i got pregnant - but i'm trying to do a bit now in the hope that it will make labour easier. i do an aquanatal class most weeks (depending on my work shifts) and try and go swimming once a week as well. i walk to work and back which is about 10 mins each...

We've had Dylan picked out from very early on. We'll only change it now if I came across too many other Dylans in the mean time. Only other boys name I like is Gethin. My favourite girls name was Delilah, but not sure if i'd have had the guts to go through with that one!!!! :lol:

my hubby felt LO properly for the first time last night. before now he's been kicking in the wrong place - either towards my back or down in to my bladder :shock: but he jiggled round to a better position last night, and hubby felt him lovely and strong - i think he's playing rugby in there...

mie does 8 weeks full pay, then 18 weeks half pay +SMP but cos i moved jobs while i was pregnant, i don't know if i'm going to get it yet or not - have written to my HR dept and am waiting to hear back from them about their decision - fingers crossed otherwise it's going to be a bank loan :(

ok - don't laugh. but i actually crochet (no i'm not a granny) Ive almost finished a huge white shawl which will be for coming home from hospital. Dylan will probably just wear a plain bodysuit or babygro underneath, depending on how hot the weather is, and then be wrapped in the shawl.

I think if you can prove that they let you go because you were pregnant that you would have a case of sexual discrimination. The problem is that it is hard to prove as they could just say they didn't have enough work any more. But maybe you can find out if they took on anyone else after they...
