I used to be quite active, liked to push myself at the gym, but since being pregnant I feel as now I can't push myself it's not worth it. However I've started to feel lazy and sluggish so have rejoined the gym. I'm thinking of brisk walking and swimming. Just wondering what exercise others were...

If your bath was hot it causes your blood vessels to dilate, which means your heart has too work harder to pump blood around your body. I would check again when not in the bath. x

I found with my ds that huggies were useless! Constantly leaking and having to change his Moses bedding:( changed to pampers and no more leaks:) my sister-in-law swears by huggies but she has 2 girls.

I've ordered the new peach blossom from baby planet mine is due to arrive in August too! I really hope it comes on time :)

I gained 4 stone in total with my last pregnancy!! Went from 10 st (bmi 22) to just over 14! I was still classed as low risk and didn't have gtt, however I wish I had tried harder to keep my weight down I'm still carrying 2 stone of that now :( this pregnancy I have tried much harder to keep...
