I've just started getting this to, seem to be more unfortable when I'm sitting and also when I cough or laugh. I'll be 28 weeks tomorrow so can only assume it's going to get worse too lol!

I ran until about 22 weeks but then seemed to have the same sort of prob so opted for higher level on the cross trainer as its no impact but still good cardio alongside moderate effort on stationary bike :)
