Is the Dad to be allowed time off for midwife appointments and antenatal classes? My DH wants to come to my midwife appointments but has been told that he needs to take it as his holiday. Is this right? I just assumed that he would be allowed time off just like we are.

Could you not go down to the rehoming centre to see him and walk him. Then you might be able to see who his new family will be. Or would that be too hard on you? I can imagine how hard it is on you. I am dreading having to give my foster dog over to his forever family even though he harrasses...

I am a pre-school assistant. I am not sure how I am going to run around after all the kids with a bump. I hate my job :(

Try carrying some sweets or something small to munch on when shopping. Then when you are feeling light headed you can get some quick energy to try and pick you up.
