I have bought a crib, loads of nappies, a bath chair and 2 grobags from here over the years. Fantastic service and quick delivery.

I bought Finlays replacement car seat and they were ok - delivery wasn't too great IMO. That was about 2 months ago.

Fab prices though but the base I needed was out of stock for a while so couldn't order any quicker.

We got a mega bargain in store with our pram, I would reccommend a visit if you can get, as they have extra deals in store.

I go in too. I love going and you get some bargains and ex-display stuff is dirt cheap.
I got some curtains from their sale section, £44.99 down to £2.49!!!

i wouldnt touch them with a bargepole! i initially thought they were fab until my pushchair broke and they after sales service left a lot to be desired. I was left without a pushchair for over six weeks after managin to send my 'replacement' without all the parts...

to the wrong address.

Sounds like you got very unlucky there.... I know it isn't typical of them.
