usually caden snoozes on the settee until i go to bed then i take him up with me.tonight ive put him upstairs in his cot i thought it was about time we got into a routine 
so the plan is bath at 7pm,bottle,sleep on my knee and up to bed.hopefully it will work and in a couple of weeks I plan to move his cot into his own room once ive cleared the junk out of it (nearly gone anyone want a play gym and a bumbo ) hes up there now,the monitors on im 
he doesnt wake up for a feed.kiaras on strict instructions not to make a noise.
