Right...i would like to kno everybodys oppinion ....

Last few weeks the neighbours kids have been deliberatly wreckin the garden fence...
We have been replacin it wiv stuff our side like bits of wood, loosely..
Anyway now our dog keeps gettin out cos of it, so we have had to chain the poor boy up and now its still beein wreckd so we KNO it cant b the dog wreckin it, cos he cant reach plus the bits of wood arnt our side. My house and the neighbours r housin assc.
Now the wood we had put over the hole's has now been vandelised, can we get the police envoloved as thats criminal damage or what?

What d u think?
What if we keep our dog off the chain n he goes for one of the children its highly unlikey but obviously a possibilty, who wud get done, them for breakin da fence or us??

Well what they are doing is wrong, but if your dog went for one of their children then it wouldnt be their fault as its up to you to keep your dog under control and if you think your dog could be dangerous then it would be up to you to make sure nothing happens.

Which house does the fence belong to? You or them? I wouldnt start with the police cause there isnt much they will do about it, you will have to go to the council about it first or environmental health about it.

I been thinkin to put up a fense but if they r gonna damage it thn i dunt want to waste me moneys!
Just so annoyed wiv her kids wreackin it, its bad enough with tht e loud music she plays at night but now this im just reli fed up of her n her kids! There shud b more to be done, our dog isnt nasty but what if he is tyed up in our garden they brake the fense down come into our garden n he bites them then? Surelly thats tresspassin n we wouldnt get into trouble??

Im not really sure on the trespassing one tbh. But the fence is there responsibility, do they rent the house or is it bought?

I beileve however that when you own a fence and its co-joined to someones garden you HAVE to maintain it. So they will have to pay for a new one.

Call environmental health. And id call them about the music too, if its really bad then they come out and see how loud it is and if its continuous they can take away their sterio. Search for my thread in off topics titled "neighbours playing excessive music"

I would go to the police and file a report or somthing not sure how that works, as for the dog im afraid you can get suid at leats where i live even if someone breaks inot your house and your dog attacks you can get in trouble and the burgler doesnt
I hope it stops for you hun must be aweful
