Hi all

I am about on and off, grabbing the laptop for the odd fix in-between painting, but woohooo we've nearly finished!!

All we have to do now is paint the feature wall (stallion red against everything else being white) on the hallway, lay the rest of the oak floor on the landing and in the dressing room, and lay the stair carpet (again, stallion red, and only laid on the top part of each step with the bits in between painted white).

I'll post some pics when we're done, but then other than the nursery and the bathrooms (which are going on hold till we have more money) we have finished the house!! Its only taken 15 months lol, but considering we both work full-time thats not bad eh 8)

Its being valued next week but we reckon we've made about 30k minimum woohoo

glad to see your ok hun, just thought you had been a bit quiet.
bet your house looks fab. i love the sound of the red against the white.our old bedroom used t be red and everyone hated it but we loved it.

it took me a looooong time to convince OH to go for the red against the white, but then I found a pic in a magazine and he went for it
